1st - Last Friday we locked in our mortgage rate for the new house. Now comes the fun part of filling out and signing all the papers and forms. :)
2nd - Our new renters moved in on Sunday. You don't realize how much of a relief this is for us. We have been so caught up on the renting of our townhouse, that we haven't been able to really focus on our house. Now that the renters are in, the weight has been lifted and we can relax until our big MOVE takes place!!
3rd - We have a new baby in the Broadway family!! Sunday afternoon at 3:04 PM - Jackson Kenneth was born to my brother and sister-in-law. It is quite the story of the delivery but we are very happy that both mommy and baby are healthy and doing good. He's so tiny and precious!!
and finally..
4th - Our house is insulated and in the process of being dry walled!! Andrew stopped by last night after visiting at the hospital and was shocked to see how far they had moved in one day! Pictures will follow soon....
